Murano, just in front of Venice in north part of Venice , as island is reacheable only by boats, Waterbus or Taxies.

reaching Venice from mainland, by car (Piazzale Roma) or Train (S.Lucia Station),  the most comfortable way to reach murano is Line 3 ferry by ACTV.

This line allow the user to reach Murano in just 15 minutes, generally this line is incredibly crowded.

 

An alternative way to reach Murano is line 4.2, doing all stops this line take longer but allow the tourist to see Venice from the water.

 

From S.Mark and the eastern part of Venice is possible to reach Murano using line 4.1

Arriving to Marco Polo internationa Airport, the easiest way to reach Murano is using Alilaguna Blue Line. it takes no more than 30 minutes to reach the Island.
